I’m originally from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. I attended Baltimore’s International Culinary College and I’ve been cooking professionally since. I moved to Spring Hill, Florida in 1997 and worked at a hospital in the area before coming to The Residence at Timber Pines in 2001. I host a monthly “cooking with Michael” program that allows the residents to enjoy new recipes before they’re added to the menu. In my free time, I enjoy the beautiful beaches, spending time with friends and the many outdoor activities that Florida has to offer. |
