Staying in Touch

Communications between residents and staff is essential and we make every effort to stay in touch with residents on a frequent basis. The Executive Director and Director of Nursing visit regularly with residents and staff to ensure the well-being of everyone.

We invite and encourage family members to attend our many activities and events along with their resident family members. The Residence at Timber Pines is a community of vibrant activity and we enjoy having family members participate with us in as many events and activities as they are able. Family members make a significant contribution to the life of our community.

We also value and encourage family members to communicate with us at any time regarding community programs, activities, special events or simply to see how mom or dad are doing.

We publish a monthly newsletter and calendar that is available to both residents and family members. Please request them if you are not receiving them.
